Wrangler / City of Hope Celebrity Softball Challenge

Country music artists take to the plate every June for the Wrangler/City of Hope Celebrity Softball Challenge.

The celebrity softball game which is usually slated for the Sunday before Fan Fair at Nashville's Greer Stadium, will showcase the hilarious antics and athletic ability of some of country music's brightest stars.

This event has become the unofficial kick-off to the International Country Music Fan Fair. In its 27th year, a week-long event celebrating the bond between country music artists and the fans, convenes each year in Nashville for the ultimate, one-to-one celebrity meet-and-greet.

Over the last seven years, the annual celebrity softball game has raised more than one million dollars to benefit the City of Hope National Medical Center and Beckman Research Institute in its work to prevent and cure cancer and other life-threatening diseases.
