The KZLA Country Cookout 3 was held on November 12, 2000 at the Universal Amphitheatre in Universal City, California.

This year’s fantastic lineup included the talented Carolyn Down Johnson, Craig Morgan, Darryl Worley, Keith Urban, SheDaisy, Eric Heatherly, Rascal Flatts, Ty Herndon, Keith Urban, Billy Gilman, Diamond Rio, Dwight Yoakam, Neal McCoy and Lee Ann Womack.

The KZLA Country Cookout 3 was a benefit concert for the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank.
